The HealthScore programme team were looking to improve the way the organisation engaged with members via email. In conjunction with a major new version of the HealthScore smartphone app, Beyond helped to define the marketing approach and messaging strategy. We designed a series of email bulletins to engage with their audience and encourage adoption.
