It’s been over 100 years since a Swiss chemist called Dr. George Wander developed the nutritious Ovaltine drink. We were delighted to be approached by the brand to help develop their online customer communication channels.

We’ve just finished rolling out a new customer service portal for Ovaltine, designed to allow consumers across the world to discover more about the product and share their experiences online.

The proliferation of digital media has allowed the customer to be increasingly demanding and that puts additional pressure on customer service teams. The site needed to strike a careful balance between encapsulating the fun, family values of the Ovaltine brand whilst offering a clean, intuitive interface for customer feedback.
