Master chef chooses Beyond


A leading light in the world of gastronomy

We are delighted to announce that Beyond will be working with Michel Roux Sr. on a personal branding project. The master chef, whose books and restaurants triggered a revolution in British cooking, is credited with pioneering the transformation in British food when he opened Le Gavroche in 1967 with his brother Albert.

It’s clear that Michel’s passion for food is undiminished. Having held three Michelin stars for 30 years at the Waterside Inn, he has mentored some of the world’s most famous chefs. Our work with the Waterside has given us a fascinating insight into the world of fine food and restaurants, people travel far and wide to visit the restaurant in Bray — we have even developed versions of the website in Russian and Chinese languages.

The Roux family have inspired generations of chefs, and this week is definitely one for foodies, Michel Roux Jr. is taking part in Taste London so we’ll be sure to report back on all the culinary delights on offer there this weekend.
