The Primal Pantry came to Beyond looking for the next level of commercial success. Some of their existing communications were very product-led, which was becoming detrimental to their customer relationships. Following a brand workshop and further exploration, we came up with a unique and customer-obsessed brand strategy.
The new approach covers all brand and marketing elements, defining a bespoke brand DNA, tone of voice, brand narrative and multi-channel communications. Our focus is on nourishing the customer’s sense of fulfilment on every level, and this will be demonstrated through various campaigns and initiatives to support their customers’ progress on their personal journeys.
The Primal Pantry will be relaunching their brand in November 2017 with a brand proposition that turns from being product-led to customer-focussed. The Primal Pantry is now destined to become the premium, global brand they aspire to be.
